Charlia Gilbert

Charlia Gilbert is an experienced security officer and Marine Corps veteran. Mrs. Gilbert was assigned the duties as a Corrections Officer (MOS-5831) and while serving in the Marine Corps, she worked as a security guard in military correctional facilities at Quantico, Virginia, and at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. She has obtained her Bachelor of Science specializing in Criminal Justice and has obtained her master’s in law at Regent University. Then, Mrs. Gilbert attended the Council on Law Enforcement Training and received levels I-IV certifications for security officers and private investigators. Afterwards, Mrs. Gilbert became licensed to operate as an agency in 2017 and has operated ever since.

Mrs. Gilbert is married to Billy Gilbert and has three children. Her hobbies involve riding her motorcycle with her husband and her Regulators LEMC and spending time with her family.

Billy Gilbert

Officer Gilbert is a retired Oklahoma Probation and Parole Officer. He has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and experience in law enforcement with the Department of Corrections, Bartlesville Police Department, Washington County Sheriff’s Department, and various armed security officer positions dating back to January 1993. He is an Oklahoma CLEET instructor, providing instruction to the Oklahoma Department of Corrections’ Probation and Parole Officers and Correctional Officers as a Self-Defense Instructor (2008 to 2014), First Aid/CPR Instructor (2009 to 2013), and GLOCK Armorer (2007 to 2014).

Officer Gilbert served with the Bartlesville Police Department as a Reserve Police Officer for 10 years (08/1999 to 12/2009). He served as a Sergeant for two years, a member of the Special Operations Team, Alpha Team, and Entry for 8 years, and assisted the 11th District Judicial Drug Task Force with high-risk warrants.

Officer Gilbert is a registered 3rd Dan (third-degree black belt) and KyoSa (Instructor) in Tang Soo Do, a Korean martial art specializing in empty hand and defensive tactics. He has been an instructor for MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior) for the St. John’s Healthcare System, Tulsa, Oklahoma for three years.

Officer Gilbert is married to the Oklahoma Security Professionals, LLC, owner, Charlia Gilbert. He is employed full-time as an Armed Security Officer, Lead, for Hillcrest Medical Center at Bailey Medical Center, Owasso, Oklahoma. He is a Christian, a Father, a Grandfather, and a Patriot.

Kevin Gilbert

Hello, I am Kevin Gilbert, a Security Officer working for OSP (Oklahoma Security Professionals) as an Area Manager. 

I love the work I do with OSP, we have a team of hard working professional officers, striving to meet the needs of the public. 

I have earned my C.L.E.E.T. 1, 2 & 4 certifications, and will be taking my C.L.E.E.T. 3 within the year, with any luck. 

I am married to my Jr. High sweetheart, whom I have two great kids with. I believe family is one of the most important things, next to faith.  My hobbies include spending a lot of time with my entire family, collecting and shooting guns. I also have a dream to buy my own Harley Trike and hit the road with my  wife, to enjoy life to its fullest!

James Vanlandingham

James began his career in the Oklahoma Department of Corrections in 1984. During his 29 year career, he began his journey at the Dick Conner Correctional Center in Hominy, OK. Starting as a correctional officer he finished his probationary time and transferred to the Lexington Assessment and Reception Center (LARC) in Lexington, OK. James was assigned to the intake and transport process soon after transfer. In 1988 James was chosen to be on the first team of the Central Transportation Unit (CTU). He later took a position as Case Manager and worked up to supervisor and then Administrative Officer II overseeing the Corrections Compact operations for the ODOC.

James joined the United States Army in 1988 and served in a Military Police unit (Reserve) until 1997.  In 97 he was accepted into the elite ranks of the Criminal Investigation Division (CID). James rose to the rank of Chief Warrant Officer Four and served his last seven years on active duty as the Operations Officer for the US Army Reserve unit in Bartlesville. In 2011 he served as the Assistant Battalion Operations Officer during his deployment. James also served on the protective detail of the Secretary of Defense, Deputy Secretary of Defense, and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff in the National Capital Region (NCR) from 2003-05 and again in 2009-2010.

Jackie Ellis

Jackie, an Army veteran, retired from the US Department of Justice after 23 years.  She earned instructional ratings in unarmed self-defense and was a certified mediator.  After her retirement in 2013, she spent time as a full time skydiving instructor and earned instructional ratings in Yoga and Thai massage. 
Since it was obvious that wasn’t going to keep her busy enough, in 2020 she became CLEET certified as an armed security professional.  

Robert Doye

Law Enforcement Career

September, 2008 Robert was hired by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office as a Jailer/Dispatcher. In March 2011, he completed the Basic Reserve Academy through the Washington County Sheriff’s Office where he served as a Reserve Deputy while working in the jail. Robert was promoted to Deputy Sheriff in March 2015, where he served as a Transport Deputy.

In February 2016, he was transferred to the patrol division where he currently serve’s the citizens of Washington County. Robert is currently a part of the Washington County Special Response Team (SRT), in which he was tested for, passed and then assigned to in 2016. Robert was promoted to Entry Team Leader within the Special Response Team (SRT) and attended Advance Tactical Operator school in 2021. In 2021, Robert also attended Boat Operations school and in 2022 attended Basic Instructor Development and became a certified Basic CLEET Instructor. October 2023 Robert attended and completed the Grand River Dam Authority W.E.T school.  

Davon Spencer

Law Enforcement Career

Davon Spencer, a police officer with Putnam City Police Department. Trained under Captain David Bailey of the Mcalester police department ( the oldest DT instructor in Oklahoma) in various martial arts. Earned his black belt in juijitsu shortly after becoming a professional fighter.

Joined the Navy as a Corpsman. Continues to teach and instructor police officers on tactics in ground control and boxing. Enjoys spending time with his daughter and wife, Shae.

Sebastian Gleason

Law Enforcement Career

Sebastian Gleason served in the USMC from 2015 to 2019. Served as a 0811 artillery man. Forward deployed in Japan twice. Qualified expert with pistol and rifle in time of service. unarmed security for the collective. 2 years unarmed and armed security experience. Including executive protection experience. In constant combative training weekly and have earned a rank of blue belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and yellow in judo. Got out with honorable discharge and as a corporal, have training in Muay Thai as well. Also a martial arts instructor apprentice at Jackson Lee Academy and have been for 2 years
